I don't remember having seen any TTY (Text Telephone) devices for the hearing impaired on steemhunt before and I can't find any using the search box on steemhunt.com. Maybe this is the first?

This particular TTY displays phone call captions and is hearing aid compatible. I like that it has a relatively large color touchscreen and that the fonts are adjustable which helps if the user is also visually impaired. The other feature that would probably be useful for most is that the captions can be archived for later.
