Upic Gender Transformation Face Changer (I had to shorten for the product name because it was too long) is a fun little app that takes an image of the user and digitally applies filters to show a rough approximation of what the user would look like as the opposite gender. Additional filters allow cosmetic changes such as age, skin tone and teeth whitening.
