This is probably the easiest way to set up a Virtual Private Network (VPN). I've been using this for about a day and it seems to work because my public ip address is displaying Chicago when I am connected and not Los Angeles county. Chicago is the only location option for the free account and other alternative locations are available for premium accounts.
