In musing.io's "introduceyourself" post on steemit.com it states, 

"We plan to open-source the platform once there is clear developer interest. Open-source is the future of blockchain tech and is critical to true decentralization."

As long as musing.io continues to grow I believe we will see someone make an android app once musing.io is open source.
