Personally I want to be cryogenically suspended after death but if you're the kind that prefers the cold ground then you might want this for people to remember you.

Adding a QR code to headstones allows visitors to go to a unique web address for the deceased that contains a digital archive. Authorized people can add to the archive and since it's digital both video and audio can be played.
