I recently joined this new hivemind community for ham radio. My name is David Lee Rickman II, call sign W3DTV. I've been a licensed amateur radio operator since 2014. I hold an Amateur Extra license and I am an ARRL accredited Volunteer Examiner.

After getting my license in 2014 I paid the extra fee to the FCC for the vanity call sign W3DTV. It goes with the whole Holovision ("Holographic television") motif.
