Ian Pascoe (played by Tom O'Brien) was the only recurring time criminal character on the short lived ABC series Timecop which first aired in 1997.

Ian Pascoe is a psychotic criminal bent on using time travel to alter history, usually through murdering people before they are supposed to die according to historical records. At the age of 13 Pascoe poisoned his foster parents after an altercation.

Pascoe is a criminal from the future perspective of 2007 by at least 20 years. In the episode "Public Enemy" it was revealed Ian Pascoe wasn't just altering history but creating it by participating in such events as the Chernobyl disaster, sinking of the RMS Titanic and the Hindenburg disaster.

Pascoe was introduced in the pilot episode "A Rip in Time". Ian Pascoe killed the original Jack the Ripper serial killer with the plans to take his place in history and kill even more victims then originally were murdered. Pascoe was able to escape through time before being captured. In the episode "Stalker" Pascoe tried to kill the mother of the future 44th president of the United States. Ian Pascoe was captured by Time Enforcement Commission officer Jack Logan and sent to 2007. Pascoe later escaped the Temporal Detention Facility on June 14, 2007 at 7:25 p.m. and used a time sled to go back in time to Chicago on June 14, 1928. Before being recaptured by Officer Jack Logan, Pascoe was able to once again escape through time and was not seen again in the TV series after that.
