I don't think either will happen in the foreseeable future. I believe bitcoin will mostly stay around this current price range and have some price appreciation within the next three or so months and throughout the rest of 2019. The memory of $15,000 USD+ per bitcoin when the greedy people really started coming in only to lose most of the investment is still fresh so most investors will be avoiding that high of a price for awhile in order to not be left in another sudden drop.
