When they say something is infinite it means it's never ending right so i wanted to know is the numbers of sand on the earth infinite or can every particle be counted or is it like when they say the Galaxy is infinite ?

Infinite is a concept and not a number. There is a branch of mathematics that deals with transfinite numbers and thought experiments such as the "infinite hotel paradox" (video explanation link below) deal with the concept of infinity.

One very simple way of "viewing infinity" is by looking at a fractal pattern. For example, the Koch snowflake figure has a finite surface area but the perimeter is infinite. (video explanation link below)
