Sometimes you'll see a dog but not be certain of the dog's breed. This Android smartphone app can help.

Dog scanner can take a picture from your phone's gallery, a video clip or use the phone's camera in real time to try to determine the breed of dog.

The Google Play app description also claims the app can take pictures of people and determine what type of dog breed the person looks like.
