I guess today I'll poke some fun at how prevalent copyright infringement is on the internet. I do sort of have a point to make though. With COVID-19 keeping a lot of people at home some content that used to be premium is now being offered for free. The claim is that it helps to keep people staying at home entertained. Maybe this is testing the waters and some of that limited time free content will remain free after the pandemic is over. It will be interesting to see what happens. Maybe the pandemic is slightly accelerating society toward a post-scarcity economy?
