Today's joke SCP post is for SCP-008-J. Below is a video narration from YouTube and under that some of my analysis. I hope while listening to the SCP joke entry you'll understand why I think of this joke SCP item as the "Bugs Bunny of the SCP Foundation".

This joke SCP was created on the SCP Foundation wiki on February 8, 2016 by user DomeAcolyte.

As far as the SCP Foundation wikidot website goes this SCP item is a one time use of little significance. The name "Geoff" though has had some limited influence among the SCP Foundation fan community. In the fandom.com wiki "Geoff" is the nickname of a unique member of D-Class personnel.

As an object class not recognized by the SCP Foundation wikidot "Geoff" object class is defined by scp-fanon.fandom.com:

Geoff is an object class mostly used to describe SCPs who exhibit extremely special properties that are very unpredictable and unprecedented, and thus need to be at the least watched if their chances of using those properties are not very likely, but if it reaches extreme threat, they must be recontained immediately or else there is a risk of mass damage.
They could actually remain Safe Euclid or Keter!

SCP-008-J is a funny character. In my opinion the dado character (I'll be posting about dado soon) is better but dado has the advantage of being featured in multiple tales while SCP-008-J Geoff hasn't had the same opportunity of developing as a character.
