BitChute is a video hosting service with the aim of being an alternative to corporate owned video-based social media services such as YouTube.
According to the Wikipedia entry for BitChute:
"BitChute is based on the peer-to-peer WebTorrent
system; a JavaScript torrenting program that can run in > a web browser."
Which I think is good since making the videos more decentralized shows a commitment to being against corporate censorship.
Some of the more controversial and political YouTube creators have been mirroring their videos on BitChute due to demonetization, blocking or banning of their content.
