Deep Blue Chess Computer

To be a little different today from what I've been posting recently I watched a video that covers IBM's Deep Blue computer. I remember when Deep Blue playing against Garry Kasparov was in the news as it was happening.

The video on YouTube is over two hours long so it is practically a documentary. It covers the early history when the theoretical framework of a chess playing computer was formalized to the ChipTest project all the way up to Deep Blue defeating the reigning world champion of chess at the time.
